This highly edited beach photo was taken on Hilton Head Island and strives to capture the feeling of the light hitting the reflective puddles of tidewater and the seagulls wings. This is the beauty of the beach to me. The illusion of a watercolor painting was created by hand "painting" the photo in Adobe Photoshop. No filter. No apps. Just my hand and some artistic painting to create the illusion of what the beach feels like to me. It is printed on aluminum which allows the reflective light to bounce back at the viewer re-enforcing the feel of light and movement.
